Refund policy

Online Orders:
We are confident you'll love your gently used Thomas products! If you're not completely satisfied, simply email us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we'll provide a full refund for the original purchase price minus outbound shipping costs. Customer is responsible for returned shipping charges.  If an order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the return brings the order below the free-shipping threshold.

For any broken items, please notify us within 5 days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.

Important Notes:

• Refunds, returns, or exchanges for motorized (battery-operated) items are only available if we are contacted within 5 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Refunds cannot be issued for orders with incorrect addresses.
